Reasons to be Cheerful

Well all home owners and second home owners in Bulgaria have a right to be Cheerful as reports in the Financial Times recently indicated that due to High European Investments and High Local Investment, Bulgaria has shown fantastic resilience to the current credit crisis facing other countries such as America and Britain.

Bulgaria is definitely a sound investment which has been proven time and time again due to the amazingly cheap prices of investment property. Bulgarian Property is the least expensive in all Europe. Reports have shown that a Bulgarian property bought in April 2006 for £5,000 {yes that’s how little a property and large plot of land can cost} could now resell for approximately £7500.

Statistics have shown that it is Russia, Romania, Poland and Ukraine that are investing most in Bulgaria recently and have now overtaken the American, British and Irish Investors who were the first to put down roots and invest in this amazing country.

The slight down turn in investors from the UK, Ireland and America is understandable due to their current situation, they are being prudent, but as any sound investor would agree now would be the best time to invest, I know you are probably sick of hearing about how cheap and fantastic Bulgaria is, because every body and their fathers are talking about it, well I rest my case the Majority Rules and facts speak for themselves.

The property prices in Bulgaria have benefited from a 13-18% rise this year alone and yet still remain 20-30% cheaper than any other country in Europe. The financial outlook for Bulgaria’s future is very favourable indeed.

The fact remains that Bulgaria has so much to offer a Property Investor with its outstanding scenery, low cost living, high rental returns, high returns on income invested, fantastic beach and ski resorts and last but not least the Weather!!!
UK Pensions, Winter Fuel Payments and other Social Security Benefits are still paid while living or searching for work in Bulgaria.

Christmas Is Just Around The Corner

Well it’s that time of year again where the kids are ecstatic and we parents turn in to compulsive liars, we lie through our teeth. But it’s ok!!!
This is the one time of year when it is a necessity so we get away with those little white lies
{BIG WHOPPERS REALLY}.
It’s not only the lies that stress us parents {Well normally us Mums} out at Christmas it’s also the multitude of organising and planning to ensure everything goes well and without a glitche.

I don’t know if I’m alone on this but the biggest relief comes when the in-laws
{or out-laws as they may sometimes be known} have decided not to come!!!
But then you get a call at the last minute, they have changed their minds and announce they will arrive on Christmas Eve.

Oh great that’s fantastic news {GRRRR}

Now the to do list becomes even larger, A bigger Turkey, more sprouts oh and don’t forget the whole house needs a clean, bedding changed and don’t forget the Clothes, Accessories as you won't be able to sit in PJ’S till noon now that your guest's will be sharing your Christmas.

Great for everyone else but for us mums it’s just extra work and stress that should really be a time to relax and enjoy without tending to everyone else's needs,
but never mind help is at hand!!!
Bis-Perth has introduced a new cleaning service for the Perthshire area, already a very popular service in Bulgaria.

WOW !!! HAVE YOU TRIED THIS

WOW!!!

I have had loads and loads of problems updating our website www.bis-perth.co.uk even correcting a misspelt word or uploading new properties I just couldn’t do it so I decided to take action.
A very good friend recommended this fantastic website one.com where you get
Free hosting & domain name, 4000MB and .com or .co.uk domain free for 1 year

www.one.com
Now I am not an expert in web design far from it but with this service you don’t need to be it is so easy to use I just can’t praise them enough.
I have had to look at other ways of advertising our new winter collection of properties and I have used sources such as GOOGLE BASE, WINDOWS LIVE EXPO and BT TRADESPACE which are magnificent programmes but when you have a website you would like to be able to add your products and services for your clients to view.
If like me you are having similar problems or even if not I would definitely recommend you visit one.com and see what they can offer you.
Fantastic live support, rapid transfer time and most importantly it is Free you only have a set up cost of £9.00 which is amazing to get the same package from other suppliers you would be in the region of £95 and that is without a statistics matrix and all the other extras you get with one.com.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT AND SERVICE

Bulgaria a Winter Wonderland

Well that’s winter upon us again!!! Have we even had a summer, well not much in Scotland I can assure you, we had a few good days of sunshine, so few I could probably count on one hand!!! Hopefully we will get a better summer next year? Maybe?

Bulgaria on the other hand had a fantastic summer as always but now Bulgaria is gearing up for their winter season especially in the ski resorts.
This is a very busy time of the year for the Bulgarians not only do they have a multitude of fantastic winter events commencing they will have an influx of visitors wanting to experience the fantastic skiing facilities in Bulgaria.
Bulgaria has one some of the best skiing conditions anywhere in Europe but at half the price of other popular skiing destinations.
You can have a week’s long holiday near all the popular skiing resorts from £100 P.P. now that is cheap.
Even if you don’t fancy skiing you should still choose Bulgaria this winter as when the snow falls it’s like walking into a winter wonderland. Lovely!!!
Why not visit and see for yourself.

Blogs, Pings, Links and Spam CONFUSED!!!!

I Just Don't Get It

A great computer expert I know recommended great Blog Sites, WordPress, Google & BT Tradespace which I am already a member of, Big Daddy and Technorati etc.

He who will not be named told me "yeah it’s great you just write your Blog and publish to all your Blog sites, easy."

So I did, except he forgot to mention that you don't post the same Blog to every Blog site that you are a member of.

I can't really blame him but I just have to say I find this whole Blogging and Pinging and Linking and Backlinking and don't forget the spamming all so confusing!!!!!!

I think I need Lessons!!!

I will try to redeem myself and organise my Blog into categories.
Google and BT tradespace shall have all the latest info on all new properties that Bis Perth has to offer.

Wordpress, Big daddy and Technorati will have all new consumer services, advice, information general news and views oh and don't forget recipes.
