Reasons to be Cheerful

Well all home owners and second home owners in Bulgaria have a right to be Cheerful as reports in the Financial Times recently indicated that due to High European Investments and High Local Investment, Bulgaria has shown fantastic resilience to the current credit crisis facing other countries such as America and Britain.

Bulgaria is definitely a sound investment which has been proven time and time again due to the amazingly cheap prices of investment property. Bulgarian Property is the least expensive in all Europe. Reports have shown that a Bulgarian property bought in April 2006 for £5,000 {yes that’s how little a property and large plot of land can cost} could now resell for approximately £7500.

Statistics have shown that it is Russia, Romania, Poland and Ukraine that are investing most in Bulgaria recently and have now overtaken the American, British and Irish Investors who were the first to put down roots and invest in this amazing country.

The slight down turn in investors from the UK, Ireland and America is understandable due to their current situation, they are being prudent, but as any sound investor would agree now would be the best time to invest, I know you are probably sick of hearing about how cheap and fantastic Bulgaria is, because every body and their fathers are talking about it, well I rest my case the Majority Rules and facts speak for themselves.

The property prices in Bulgaria have benefited from a 13-18% rise this year alone and yet still remain 20-30% cheaper than any other country in Europe. The financial outlook for Bulgaria’s future is very favourable indeed.

The fact remains that Bulgaria has so much to offer a Property Investor with its outstanding scenery, low cost living, high rental returns, high returns on income invested, fantastic beach and ski resorts and last but not least the Weather!!!
UK Pensions, Winter Fuel Payments and other Social Security Benefits are still paid while living or searching for work in Bulgaria.

UK PENSION FEARS

UK PENSION FEARS AGAIN

With the recent performance of the UK pension annuities rates there has never been a better time to invest in low cost investments.

Property has become one of the best ways for people to save for their retirement in the UK. This is understandable as we have seen a large increase in property values over the last ten years.

But have we become complacent? Will property prices continue to grow in the UK?

With reports that the property market is looking set to slow down an alternative must be found to secure retirements.

This is where Bulgaria comes into the equation.
Bulgaria has shown over the last few years to be a very good investment indeed, medium risk with high returns and a lot more property for your money.

In the UK we tend to use the equity in our homes to enhance our prospects of a better retirement but what if as predicted house prices fall, where does that leave those who have relied on UK property value increases?

As the old saying goes “it is not wise to place all our eggs in one basket”

Bulgaria can offer a cheap alternative where you do not need to release vast amounts of equity from your UK property as you can purchase huge plots of Land and Property from £2500 with some of the most amazing views and scenery very similar to areas in UK but without the UK price tag.

Visit www.bis-perth.co.uk for Cheap Investment Land & Properties in Bulgaria.

You can purchase Property Investments for as little as £2500 and with past trends and future predictions looking very positive this would be a wise investment for your future.

Good News 100 Per Cent Bulgarian Mortgages Now Available

In contrast to the UK the Bulgarian Credit Market continues to grow at a phenomenal rate driven by the vast increase in mortgage loans approved to Bulgarian Property Investors.
The 40 per cent growth rate over the last 6 months has meant better conditions being offered by Bulgarian Banks.
Typically you would have been offered a 70-85 per cent mortgage and very high rates but now banks are competing vigorously offering 100 per cent mortgages, better and longer payment terms, with some even offering zero per cent tax on early repayments.

Reports suggest the increase in UK investors are the major contributory factors and with more and more people looking to invest in Bulgarian Land and Property, growth is predicted to continue at this rate for the foreseeable future.

The benefits now being offered to prospective new Bulgarian Investors are definitely beneficial but there are predictions that the new favourable conditions with entice a further upsurge in investors which will in turn increase property prices.

Property prices have already started to rise quite significantly over the last few months and will continue to do so.
Some leading experts have claimed Bulgaria is definitely the New Spain in terms of Investment Potential and Returns on Investments.

Can We Really Afford To Live In The UK

Another Blow to Home Owners
Another Interest Rate Rise Looming

Can we really afford to live in the UK, we have experienced 5 interest rate rises over the last year and another is forecast before this year is over.
The increase to 5.75 per cent last month saw the cost of borrowing reach it’s highest since March 2001.
But there is good news experts believe that rates will peak at 6 per cent and then stabilise over 2008 and 2009.
YEAH!
Can borrowers really last that long?
Well only time will tell but statistics show there is an alarming amount of people in the UK either being made Bankrupt or opting for voluntary Bankruptcy!!
The amount of sub-prime borrowing is increasing at alarming rates.
Statistics show that a phenomenal number of people in the UK are borrowing on credit cards etc just to meet everyday living expenses like food!!!
And then to top it all we are seeing an increase in Council Tax Bills but a decrease in services but hay this is to help the environment.
How leaving rubbish on the streets for two weeks at a time is going to help the environment is beyond me. But it’s all well as we can use the recycling facilities to reduce waste. Yes, but am I missing something here, will families and businesses not increase their petrol consumption etc taking their excess rubbish to the local skips and recycling plants?
What a good idea!!!

Why don’t you take a look at what Bulgaria has to offer you will be surprised!!
House prices start from £2500
Council Tax Charges between £10 and £25 per year.
Average shopping bill for a family or four costs £25-£30

The Bulgarian Opportunity

The Bulgarian Opportunity

Bulgaria is a rapidly developing country and is therefore an increasingly popular choice for overseas investors.
Our research has shown that a large number of young families and couples have seized the Bulgarian Opportunity as they are fed up with the UK prices and the never ending struggle to get a foot on the property ladder, some buying combined packages of domestic and commercial Properties for new business ventures and a better standard of living for as little £40,000.
The more mature investor is opting for Bulgaria due to the climate, lower living costs and a slower pace of life. Some invest in land to design and build a new home while others are buying renovation properties to renovate themselves, with a large number of investors buying holiday homes to rent out throughout the year.

Why Bulgaria?

Bulgaria has a Stable Political Climate and one of the Fastest Growing Economies in Europe.
Bulgaria has full membership to the EU.
Bulgarian Currency the Lev is fixed to the Euro exchange rate.
Full NATO membership.
Established Tourism Industry.
Regular Flights from all over Europe.
The cost of living in the UK is four of five times the average cost in Bulgaria.
Energy costs in the UK are nearly seven to eight times more expensive than Bulgaria.
The Council Tax in Bulgaria is on average £25 Per Year.

Property Prices

The Property Prices in Bulgaria are set to increase with many benefits for investors, therefore now would be a good time to invest.
We have plots of land and property available from under £2500 and where in the UK can you buy a plot including all legal fees from under £5,000.
