Can We Really Afford To Live In The UK

Another Blow to Home Owners
Another Interest Rate Rise Looming

Can we really afford to live in the UK, we have experienced 5 interest rate rises over the last year and another is forecast before this year is over.
The increase to 5.75 per cent last month saw the cost of borrowing reach it’s highest since March 2001.
But there is good news experts believe that rates will peak at 6 per cent and then stabilise over 2008 and 2009.
YEAH!
Can borrowers really last that long?
Well only time will tell but statistics show there is an alarming amount of people in the UK either being made Bankrupt or opting for voluntary Bankruptcy!!
The amount of sub-prime borrowing is increasing at alarming rates.
Statistics show that a phenomenal number of people in the UK are borrowing on credit cards etc just to meet everyday living expenses like food!!!
And then to top it all we are seeing an increase in Council Tax Bills but a decrease in services but hay this is to help the environment.
How leaving rubbish on the streets for two weeks at a time is going to help the environment is beyond me. But it’s all well as we can use the recycling facilities to reduce waste. Yes, but am I missing something here, will families and businesses not increase their petrol consumption etc taking their excess rubbish to the local skips and recycling plants?
What a good idea!!!

Why don’t you take a look at what Bulgaria has to offer you will be surprised!!
House prices start from £2500
Council Tax Charges between £10 and £25 per year.
Average shopping bill for a family or four costs £25-£30

The Bulgarian Opportunity

The Bulgarian Opportunity

Bulgaria is a rapidly developing country and is therefore an increasingly popular choice for overseas investors.
Our research has shown that a large number of young families and couples have seized the Bulgarian Opportunity as they are fed up with the UK prices and the never ending struggle to get a foot on the property ladder, some buying combined packages of domestic and commercial Properties for new business ventures and a better standard of living for as little £40,000.
The more mature investor is opting for Bulgaria due to the climate, lower living costs and a slower pace of life. Some invest in land to design and build a new home while others are buying renovation properties to renovate themselves, with a large number of investors buying holiday homes to rent out throughout the year.
